What is a Death Doula? End of Life Care?

A Death Doula provides non-medical, holistic support for individuals and families before, during and after death. My role is to create space - emotionally, spiritually, and practically - for what matters most in your final season.

Whether you’re planning for your own death, supporting a loved one, or facing grief and uncertainty, I will walk alongside you with tenderness, truth, and care.

Jennifer Robinson

Death Doula, Educator, and Wellness Guide

Some call it holding space. Others call it a sacred presence. For Jennifer Robinson, it is the natural extension of a life spent guiding, teaching, and walking alongside people through moments of profound transformation.

Long before she became a death doula, Jennifer trained her eyes on the horizon, literally. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Aviation and Aviation Management from the University of North Dakota, learning the art of precision, calm under pressure, and navigating ever-changing skies. Flying taught her more than the mechanics of takeoff and landing; it taught her how to chart a course, adjust for unexpected weather, and bring herself and others safely to their destination. Those lessons became the foundation for the way she now guides people through the final journey of life.

Over the past 15+ years, Jennifer’s career has spanned leadership in learning and development, training hundreds of yoga instructors, managing multiple yoga studios, and leading retreats around the world. Whether in a studio, a boardroom, or a quiet home, she has always been drawn to helping people grow, heal, and feel seen.

Her calling to become a death doula arose from a simple, yet life-altering truth: our final days are as worthy of care, dignity, and attention as our first. In her own life, Jennifer had witnessed how presence, more than answers, more than plans, can transform the end of life into a time of connection, love, and even peace. She offers emotional, spiritual, and practical support to individuals and families, weaving in her deep knowledge of yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and holistic coaching to bring comfort and peace.

Jennifer’s clients often describe her as both grounding and uplifting, someone who can hold the heaviest moments with gentleness, while helping families create rituals and memories that honor a life’s full journey. For her, end-of-life work isn’t about endings, it’s about guiding each person home with dignity, love, and a clear horizon ahead.
